The problem is when the depression is producing the fear...or the contrary...I guess you've talked about it somewhere... Thanks a lot for the videos Scott !!

Today the day started off great. I met friends and even went for a walk after class. but when I came home and started peeling vegetables for dinner, I burst into tears for no reason and am still crying. I opened my laptop, went to KZbin to distract myself (despite the fact that I have deadlines) and the first thing that came out was your video. you are sunshine. The first one who understands my feelings helps and supports.

Hi..can you please make a video on how anxiety changes personality? Like..i think you no longer know what you enjoy..because maybe the things you like scare you now? And..as a result, you kind of mature fast or distance from 'fun' and..yes something like that

I just saw your comment and I wanted to let you know that I’m so SOsorry to hear what you said and wanted to just reach out and let you know I know (kinda odd coming from a stranger) But I hear you, I understand at some level at least what it feels like to feel that hopeless despair. And I (I know everyone’s details and life are different) But I’ve also dealt w depression. And it made me sad to see your comment, because I don’t like to see ppl hurting :/ And Can understand the extreme pain and frustration of it… to say the least. Might sound odd but I mean it - I hope you are doing better now, you are loved, sooo so loved!! I’m sending you a hug if you like hugs hehee I want you to feel heard, understood, and feel love. I’m cheering you on!! Your friend from california, Abby 😀

If I choose to feel my emotions, I feel like I am just getting deeper into the pit…. Anyone else feel like this?
@daphnelaurel6054 Жыл бұрын
Ive felt this many times, i think it can be a result of not letting yourself feel your emotions for a long time and trying to find balance now is gonna take a while , If thats ur case i feel that is really helps to view your emotions as something temporary that comes and goes, that every new day is a restart and that days are not an endless thing that you are trying to push through .. pay attention to what you are feeling but maybe add perspective,let ur emotions out for example cry, write, run , walk and after u felt it for a while maybe do smth else then to not drown in it ☺️ sorry if this is unsolicited advice , what u said really resonated and i thought maybe this is helpfull☺️
