I saw Al Davis lose his mind at the end. Overpaying for free agents who had speed. Drafting Russell because he had a big arm. Drafting Heyward-Bey over Crab because he was fast. My point is say what you want. I been for 25 years. Btw the raiders in that time made Randy Moss give up on football and was so bad that Warren Sapp retired during a meeting lol.

Raider fan for my 28 years. Most of them horrible. But the second we drafted Carr, I felt hope for the first time in a while. His leadership is outstanding and he is a stand up guy. Was the face of a trash organization but never badmouthed the owners or coaches and rekindled careers for guys like Crabtree, Agholor, Jared Cook plus others. I always hoped for a dominant Raider team with Carr as the face because that's what he deserved for bringing us out of the 3-13 days. The Saints now are that Raiders team I always dreamed of and I hope you guys win it all. NOLA reminds me of Oakland, DC looks like he's home.

I’ll admit, I was a sceptic when he was out on the free agent market. I’m coming around. The NFL is tough, especially for a QB without a good organization around him, and the Raiders were not a good organization. I think this is the right spot for Carr. If he wins he gets a bonus: the undying support of the most passionate fan base in the league .

I was born a Raiders fan. That being said I AM A CARR FAN!!! Raiders fans hating on him do not know what it was like prior to Rich Gannon or the times before Plunket and after him. Carr holds all the Raiders records and did it in 9 years with bad coaches and no defense to support him. He HELPED get the TEAM to 2 playoffs. He has always played at an elite level...top 10 every year. Gave Davante Adams the best year of his career when he came to Las Vegas last year despite the fact that Carr had his worst year in the NFL but STILL was top 5. These are facts...and yes...fact is he struggles in the Red zone..or so the thought goes...and he has not won a playoff game!! I Have arguments about those too! 1st 2016 broken leg. didn't get to play!! And 2021 played a game with out the coach and the #1 Receiver or his Tight End or his Slot WR. And 2 BAD calls by the Refs. The FACTS are this now. The Saints have a Franchise QB since Brees. Carr is a DOG!! And everyone loves and respects him!!! Copper said he was the best QB and team mate he has played with. AND I FOR ONE WANT HIM BACK IN LV!!!! but I will root for the Saints now when I am not rooting for my Raiders!! *Notice the same performance by the Saints as the Raiders? 1 point game???
