It was soo sweet to hear that Dereks wife reads to him so it helps him get to sleep. I would suggest also for Derek to use Melatonin (which is natural hormone that helps you sleep basically) it comes in different forms melatonin sprays, pills etc. Good luck at the O, cant wait to see you with the big boys!
