When I was a kid we lived there .. we lived in Wrightwood, Hesperia, Victorville, and Apple Valley 🍎 There was nothing but wind and tumble weeds the size of cars .. then we moved to San Diego ❣️

I went to middle school and HS in AV then moved to the bay area went to college moved to FL last year now looking come back to CA. I love murietta temecula but want to save some money before i move that way, looking for a home rental in HD.

I live 15-20 minutes from the beach and I can't afford it and thinking apple valley, but I am afraid I will not be able to stand the desert landscape as I am very visual and affected by my environment for my productivity. Are there areas with alot of lush landscape?? And how are the high schools in the area?

Hi. I live in Apple Valley after living in Temecula area, Phelan, Pinon Hills, Victorville, Hesperia... The entire desert is brown...if you like to see green it's going to be tough but I have a tip. Have you checked out Spring Valley Lake in Victorville? Private lake, beaches, parks & there is a country club with a great golf course, private dining, pool, gym...etc. One of my offices is in SVL and every time I drive in it feels like Orange County. @@user-es5jq6yy9l Average rent is $2,000+ a month for a home. Apple Valley HS has a poor rating of 3 out of 10 (per www.greatschools.org/california/apple-valley/4964-Apple-Valley-High-School/). Schools are not the best in the high desert...
