Do you think part of the growing investment in Naga is related to the reopening of the railway line? And if possible Chris, could you do a video about the station and services please? The last video you made about the train tracks was the little handmade carriages that went through the countryside.

Corporatization of the Philippines (and that is what is happening) is good for corporations awash with loan capital but will put out of business the Sari stores. Here in the UK over the last forty years family run gas stations have been closing down leaving only corporate gas stations and not so many of them either. The other issue is when interest rates rise those corporate businesses will at first increase prices then shutter leaving only a few of the biggest gas stations. Everyone will lose out long term.

I live in Tunbridge Wells Kent UK and it the same the price of land has gone up but it doesn't stop the amount of new building going up and up.
