The area was worse, at one time the Granby St area was a no go area for the police. It's a shame that the terrace wasn't restored, had that been London I'm sure it would be sorted. The Sefton Park area has really improved since the 80's.

Dont worry they will knock um down eventually, then make new expensive houses that the working class could never afford , Therefore making the whole areas rent prices go up aswell.
