Do you mean how to complete them, what you can get out of them, or something else?

DERIKUF some special portals do not appear to me, for example in traverse town I got only five special portal on six 5/6

That's because not all of the portals are open at a given time, it changes everytime you drop. So you just have to continually drop to make the last portal open up. I can still do a video if you want, but that should fix your problem :)
