Honestly, "Angel with a shotgun" By The Cab never failed to struck me deep down. It isn't really about the fact that it's nostalgic, but more specifically about the context of the song itself. - There is just something about someone else's existence and safety becoming the protagonist's one true priority and their will or even real reason to live. "Angel with a shotgun" is a powerful fantasy war-themed song about someone having an undying love and unyielding determination. - Their willing to live for their beloved's name leads them to be called - 𝘢 𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘳 by the Authorities. Someone who would willing to lose their own purity or moral highground. They don't care much about status. Unlike how other people around to consider rules as something that needs to be followed and bow down to, The rules meant nothing at all to the protagonist, if anything, under any Circumstances they knew deep down at the end of the day, it is important to take a stand for what it is important, even if it means breaking down the rules or general norms regardless consequences. And so- The protagonist is willing to be engaged in a war- or even 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵 one in the name of someone and till' the end- died with their heart on trigger fire.
