During the companion mission for Dan Heng and Bailu where they seal the Arbor. When we get into that fight with the servant woman and the assassins. Jing Yuan caught me off guard when he just decided to pull up and lightning lord the enemies.

These two are both so selfless, they both are willing to go to great lengths for people they care about and that includes each other. Jing Yuan not wanting to send Dan Heng to shackling prison for his testimony even though it’s needed for his innocence to be proven, Dan Heng not hesitating for one moment to go back to the place filled with traumatic memories if it meant he could help Jing Yuan. Like if this isn’t dedication, I don’t know what is. Even though their relationship started quite hot & cold because of Dan Heng thinking Jing Yuan only sees Dan Feng in him. He grew so much, he saw the reality that Jing Yuan only sees him for him & is the only one who knew Dan Feng so closely yet didn’t impose that identity on him like others. He believed in Dan Heng’s choice & eventually Dan Heng came to believe in Jing Yuan. That’s why in penacony Dan Heng tries to summon Jing Yuan because he’s the only one Dan Heng entrusts to save his family. He has come so far from ‘I’m not him’ to ‘I will visit my old friend’. As far as relationship development goes, this is the best & most natural one yet in HSR. Kudos to writers for writing such relatable relationships.

I am so head over heels with this deep / lower harmony at around 2:05. Something about deep harmony just sounds so full with tone and sustain. Makes my ears happy, and gives me chills. Great work you two! Killer voices in every singing & acting aspect. EDIT: I also wanted to add I love the touch of them singing more in their character's voice. I notice it more in CyYu than Nicholas since Dan Heng's voice is close to Nicholas's normal voice. (I say this but yet I'm not a professional. Just going by what I hear. Correct me if I'm wrong.) Impressive for them two being able to sing in their character's voice!
