Three of the most useful trig identities I know are: 1) cos A · cos B = 1/2 [cos(A - B) + cos(A + B)] 2) cos A · sin B = 1/2 [sin(A + B) - sin(A - B)] 3) sin A · sin B = 1/2 [cos(A - B) - cos(A + B)] These make child's play of evaluating trig function products.
