I used cetafil but it made me breakout. Then, I started using llitleextrra riceberry face moisturizer, and I found it was really gentle on my skin. It gets hydration without causing any pore blockage, and I can use serums, etc., for glowing skin. I use it in my morning and night routine, and I also use it under my makeup without any issues.

I typically say to wait until skin feels dry enough so the sunscreen is not diluted by slide from damp moisturizer. That said, I personally just put enough SPF on to be certain of dosage and then let it dry.

If a moisturizer is not totally occlusive and preventing binding of the chemical filters then chemical sunscreen can be applied either before or after. I recommend physical sunscreens for best results.

I have to disagree with your thoughts on Mineral Sunscreen. Like chemical sunscreen, they principally absorb UV and only reflect less than 10%. We should also start using the correct term= Inorganic (mineral/physical) and organic (chemical)..
