Hello sir. I am a general practitioner from Sudan. I graduated in 2013. Since then, I never felt like I graduated, I have always just passed my exams but I remember very few from the basics. I got frustrated and decided to quit medicine. However, at some point I decided to pull myself together and start over again because it is never late. So now I started to study from the kick and I found your channel by accident when I was searching for something in Anatomy. Thank you so much for making me feel confident again and understand things I never digested before.

This is super informative. But what happens if the entire leg is affected, and tingling sensation in the pubic area, but only l5 nerve root is impinged upon? Would the tingling in the l2 red dot be indicative of l2 nerve impingement? I've always wondered if the nucleus escapes the disc, and is an irritant to nerves, would the irritant be strong enough to irritate other nerves?

When you're talking about C6 (4:18), the screen says dorsal surface of the proximal phalanx of the thumb, the picture shows that, too. But you say "basically touching the part of the thumb where the thumbnail is." But isn't that part the distal phalanx, not the proximal one discussed in the writing and picture? I was really confused on that part.
