I’ve never seen Dermot be anything but gracious, humble and grateful. He gives his time to good causes, leaves hand written lyrics for fans to find in various cities, frequently expresses gratitude to his fans, did a bunch of IG live mini-concerts during lockdown (even took requests), does IG live chats w/fans where he answers questions (and is nice even when people ask intrusive questions, or are just dicks). I have never heard anyone say he was anything but kind after meeting him - except you. Maybe it’s not him who’s the dick, maybe it was you and he didn’t let you get away with it, so you’re pissed. You sound like kind of a dick, the way you replied to Meg just cuz she enjoys his music, so I wouldn’t be surprised if that was the case. Dicks often think it’s other people when it’s really them, cuz dicks have no self-awareness.
