Sorry but this one is too much to believe. If he'd really left the guy on the railway tracks with a straitjacket on and with a real train almost killing him if he didn't learn how to remove it at the last second, Derren would be in jail now. No TV production in the world would risk their managers all going to jail for life and let him do such an obvious criminal act.

I'm happy for the guy but it's never right to take and use something that is someone else's and doesn't belong to you. The right thing to do would have been to call the van owner and let him have the chance to come and get his stuff... also B&E is wrong... maybe wait on the steps to see if the cop would be home soon or call his precinct and let him know he found his keys and wallet. I do understand confidence and character building but it could have been handled differently and him still feel good about himself. jmo Love DB

Hi Derren. How are you doing? Facinating stuff you you are doing. Somethings are simply not explainable with showmanship and so forth, nomather what, e.g. predicting the number of pawns at the end of the chess play against many players. I would like to learn. I have been into magic for a couple of years now. I'm 42 years, Norwgian. -A lso a molecular biologist. There are no scientific explanation to some of the things you are doing. Period:)

The first couple of Mr. Brown's shows, I was blown away. Then after a few more videos, I was fairly impressed. After watching this video? I CALL BULLSHIT! Entertaining for a minute, so thanks. Mr. Brown does indeed have skills and tricks, but, this stuff? . . . naaaa! Same thing with the black or dark stone in the box when people were all disoriented and freaked out, like in the staring contest. Bullshit! I think a lot of this stuff is scripted just like EVERYTHING is on TV. I'm starting to get board with it ALL. Just sayin'

i know for a fact apocalypse wasnt faked because i know someone who is good friends the guy they did it on. and he really turned his life around after the even it had a massive impact on him. a lot of these things look fake because the reaction seems so unusual.. i think that its real because no actor would even come up with a performance like that.. we are so used to seeing actors reacting to these kinds of situations on tv that these kind of overacted reactions seem more 'real' than how just a normal person would react in real life to these things.

@@roro-mm7cc This must be a real opportunity for the Air Traffic Controller, as well--how often do they get a chance to talk through an emergency landing with a passenger who genuinely believes they're doing the real thing? So that's reason enough for the airlines to go along with it. We know Derren Brown's probably rich enough to sit on a beach and get drunk all day if he wanted to. But he doesn't; I think he's _genuinely_ as curious as we, the audience are, what the limits of human consciousness are. Are (some) people _really_ this suggestible? Really? He's trying to find out, along with us, while sharing a positive message along the way. Besides, they don't air all the ones that don't work out, lol.

Now @ 23:30 and you know what? At this point I'm actually sad and disappointed with the realization that this is mostly all scripted (maybe not some of the tricks during his live shows, though.) Why? Because I personally felt just a hint of hope that there are persons with these type of gifts, and that if there are, maybe one day I might have an opportunity with one, one that could help me. Oh well... reckon I'll just finish the vid and continue on with what I have. Thanks!
