😂😂😂 Luka didn’t get dudes anything. Go pull up “Why luka doesn’t pass Kristaps Porzingis the ball”. DJJ has shown for many years he was ready to be treated above his pigeonholed role (which happens in sports) of defensive player and jumper but a lot of people missed on it. The heat, the bulls and whoever showed they were sleeping on DJJ and pigeonholing him because they didn’t pay attention that he was putting in work and could do more. The mavs weren’t going to do anything until they made moves defensively and started giving DJJ minutes along with that. Luka is a great offensive weapon but he’s not getting dudes paid. The only people including organizations that are acting like DJJ just started hoopin’ are people who weren’t paying attention and didn’t realize he wasn’t being used like he should’ve been on other squads just like the mavs would’ve done if they had been doing better befor the moves and giving DJJ more minutes. Luka will stifle players way before he he helps them because besides being onball a whole lot he’s only giving up the rock when he feels like it or it’s a lob. Kyrie and Luka of course weren’t going to work which is why they had to make those moves but the only true reason that Kyrie & Luka can get numbers is because Kyrie can play off ball or otherwise that would be even worse. Again, great offensive weapon but he’s not about making players shine not named Luka. When I was telling people how he does KP wrong people couldn’t see it then one of the people showed me a link I had never seen that proved my point even more so. They’re squad is way better pushing pace but why don’t they? See Luka. He’ll push pace here and there when he feels like it but that’s how you get thise guys payed by pushing pace, getting them more opportunities and when you’re doing that you’re getting guys into rhythm. Luka isn’t thinking about that no more than needing to step up his D if they’re ever truly going to be able to get a chip even if fixed

I feel sorry when players get tossed all over the country. Maybe because I get used to them in their teams so much. They can't get coworkers for the expended time (yes, teammates and other working stuff members are their coworkers). Let’s be honest , the Mavs just asked him to play D and knock down a wide open 3 when needed. That’s the perfect role for him, ask more from him or give him a bigger role , he’ll get exposed. So the clippers are going to ask him to fill PG’s shoes ? Yea ok , there’s a reason PG is a max player and DJJ is not. His ego hit in the way , should have taken the 3yr/$27m w no state taxes to be 6th man on a team w a real chance at a title , instead of a starting on a team like the clippers . Plus he’s gonna take a pay cut pay in those state taxes in cali. He’ll revert to being the same player he’s been his entire career until Luka got him his bag . Good luck !
@Ubeman-s1s3 ай бұрын
Stop that shit. He will be better with the Clippers with the bigger role to play I believe that. Luka is practically a one man show in Dallas while DJJ will have plenty of opportunities to strutt his wares in LA no question about that bc Kawhi will miss some games again for sure and Harden can't carry a team on a consistent basis anymore. He and Kevin Porter Jr would play crucial roles to the Clippers upcoming season plain and simple.

He will be missed. I just wish that he played better defense in the finals. He was too stagnant on defense no movement no talking or nothing. He wouldn’t swipe at the ball for the love of God. He just let his man just shoot whatever shot that he wanted to. He didn’t really contest Jalen Brown , Jayson Tatum, or any of those guys he wasn’t even doing it in the OKC series. They’re just not as good as Boston. He wasn’t doing it in Minnesota series they’re just not good as Boston if I’m a role player in the playoffs and I’m not relied upon to score I’m not worrying about foul trouble I just want to disrupt the other team’s offense.
