I'm a New Yorker and a Knicks fan. It was painful to see D Rose sit on the bench, when I knew that he still had so much to contribute to the game. I couldn't understand why Tibs treated him like a doddering old man who would crumble if he let him on the court. I was upset that he was traded... EXCEPT...I hoped for him that he would get the playing time he deserved. D Rose is still lightning in a bottle. His moves are magical, his spins are electrifying and his layups are graceful. I'll always be a Knicks fan, but I am cheering D Rose from the sides, and hoping that however long his career goes, that he go out in a blaze of glory. He deserves it.
