Most of them watched him on the Bulls, none of his teammates were ever considered the best at their position by far, and top 3in the league. They all watched him and how he was on track to finish his career in. theHOF, being. the greatest PG to ever play, and to be a top 10 ever. The year he got injured the Bulls were going to win the finals no doubt. Then the injuries happened... every player on his team and in the league remember what Derrick Rose would of done in the league then lost it all with that injury. They all know how it was also his coaches fault. Tom Thibadeau was known for over playing his players, there was NO reason for Derrick Rose to still be in the game when they were up 13 with 60 seconds left and a game 2 playoff game next. That year 4 of the Bulls starters were also the top 4 players in minutes played.... Tom Thibadeau over worked, over played, and ruined Derrick Rose career.

10 years ago, you were No.1 pick. 9 years ago, you were rookie of the year. 7 years ago, you were the youngest MVP. You were windy city assassin, son of Chicago. 6 years ago, the injuries, the suffering, the pain, the sorrow. You were the brightest star who has fallen too soon. We never left, we were there. Because I know, one day, “the Rose” will bloom once again. New York, Cleveland, Minnesota. We were there, waiting for the day, One day... Tonight, is the night. the sweat, the tear, the thrill, the roar. No more brutal dunks, no more flashy crossovers. Instead, you have steel-forged faith, and ever-unyielding soul. You are the fiercest wolf, preying on victory. You shouted out what you have been through all these years. You have once again awakened, like a phoenix nirvana. This is a glimpse of your prime promised by god, but never had a chance to shine. This is the night will be carved into history forever. This is the proof that Derrick Rose has always been a fighter. This is the moment, we both cried, perhaps too god damn hard. Dream back to Windy city, dream back to MVP. Thank you, Derrick Rose. Thank you all along the way, and we will always be there for you. Bro, Derrick Rose has always been my favorite player because of his dedication to the game despite injuries. It broke my heart when he almost decided to hang it up last year. I tore my ACL playing basketball and am 3 weeks out of surgery and struggling through the recovery has made me look up to DRose that much more. When I read two days ago that you were going for 6th man of the year, I immediately picked you up on fantasy because I believed in your words. I never gived up on you and so glad that haven't either. Congratulations on your career high Drose. You made me feel something tonight. Now go win 6th man 🏆🌷🌷🌷🌷

I felt the same way he did when i made my comeback in golf. An injury had kept me off the course for nearly 3 years. I was a shell of my former self. Yet, i was able to come back and get 1st place in my first 2 tournaments and take the year long trophy for Most Improved Player of the Year. I cried so hard because my late grandfather was not able to see me win my first tournaments and to remember just how low i was during my departure from the game. It really meant the world to me. Much more meaningful than KD getting a ring..
