as far as i know of disney has not bothered to reveal both parents of any villian kid except mal at all. mal is the only villian kid of descendants to have both her parents identities revealed while everyone else in the villian side has been with only 1 known parent.

My theory is that evies father is magnifico from wish cuz since he is the magic mirror and when the magic is gone from the isle he pops out to reveal his human form, plus snow white is suppose to be the sequel to wish

In the Descendants novels (on which the movies are based) it is explained that the fairy godmother brought back to life the villains who died in the Disney movies, so that they would pay for their crimes by locking them up on the Island of the Lost. , that explains how the Evil Queen revived. It is impossible that King Leopold is Evie's father, he died when Snow White was very young, so the Evil Queen could not have had a daughter with him, since then Evie would be older than the other VKS, therefore The Evil Queen had to get pregnant on the Island of the Lost. Mal and Evie are not stepsisters, it was confirmed that they had romantic feelings for each other before the first Descendants movie, so they are not family. Chad and Chloe are siblings, they are both children of Cinderella and King Charming, the universe of descendants only takes into account the original Disney movies, so the sequels, animated series and remakes are not canon in the Descendents movies.

In the novel Beyond the Isle of the Lost bonus chapter referenced Chad and Chloe being siblings so Brandy's Cinderella is their mother I assume Chad could be adopted Disney needs to get it together fans catch on to things like this for example Lol 🤔🤷🏽‍♂️😅

Or maybe Chad is truly the son of Brandy Norwood's Queen Cinderella and the reason his skin's color is different from his mother's is because he has his father's skin color, even his sister Princess Chloe.

I watched it. (Spoilers) But King Charming tells Cinderella and Chloe; “Oh I wish I could go but Chad wants me to see him at his college game.” Something along them lines meaning they are siblings. However, a theory goes that Chad was adopted by them due to his family-life before. Cinderella didn’t want a child to grow up in a household like hers, so she adopted him. Which is what I personally believe makes more sense.
