This song makes me cry. Though lonely I never changed. I'm 48 and I still skateboard, write poetry and collect great music and movies. I guess I'm proud to have kept it real all this time, but the price I paid was perpetual loneliness. Why? Because the older I got the more I realized how the vast majority of my generation were just going through the motions of our time of youth . Most gave up anything with soul that they once claimed to love (including the awesome 90s music) and called it "growing up".....which is pure nonsense. If what they say is true then The Descendents wouldn't have made this album in 1996 when they were in their 30s.

Thankful I was able to see them at Riot Fest in Chicago in 2011!! One of my favorite bands from my teens!! I followed a similar career path as Milo and also got my graduate degree in molecular biology and now teach at a small college.
