A good friend of mine was really the one that introduced me to Rancid back in high school. I used to go to his house, and I'd play bass, and he'd play the drums to some of their songs while we'd smoke a ton of bud. He passed away from cancer a couple years ago. At my age. 25/26. Really wish I spent more time with him. 🖤 Met his crazy ass in Jr. High. I was literally one of the only metal-head/goth kids. And one day we get a new student, and it's this dude with sleek black hair and a Marilyn Manson T-shirt. We became friends the first day.

I remember this coming on the Box back in the day. It didn't matter if you lived in Tennessee. I had a satellite and was 15. I was like holy shit these dudes rock .
