Descent 2.0 Setup & Campaign Gameplay

Just bought this game. The newer production of this exact game has two guide books instead of one which then eliminates the campaign tracker paper. The made it slightly simpler but it’s still the same game. Just thought everyone should know.

Me and my friends were looking at this game and were worried it wouldn't have much content for the price. Thanks for putting this up and showing me not only how many quests their are but also the re-playability of this awesome looking game :)

I got 2 campaign act books but no solo quest book or campagin sheet like you.

yup, 2nd edition. that's a shame about the missing sheet, i'm sure if you contact the publisher they'll send out replacement

kdlittle88 i do film videos these days with a static camera as well. you can always see the links to these alternates in the show notes. descent was filmed before I started doing this though :(

Was wondering if anyone has tried mice and mystics. Similar gameplay but is more story driven and co-op.

I own and have played both. I play M&M with my two sons, 10 and 7 and I play Descent with my adult friends. Both are great games but the co-op in M&M makes it a very different experience. If you're looking for a more mature, competitive and traditional RPG, I would say Descent. M&M is better for introducing people to the genre.

rahdo Can you recommend me some lengthy (around 60 mins) in depth 2 player games? Dungeon crawlers, rpg etc
