The sad thing is they DIDN'T rediscover themselves; the ones who had been freed from Pharaoh died in the desert having been bitten by their rods of authority that they'd let go of that became poisonous snakes at their feet. The only ones who crossed the Jordan were ones who had been born free on the way. The ones who didn't make it said, "Weren't there enough graves for us in Egypt?! At least there we had good food..." The ones that did make it, all they knew was the desert and manna to eat. Interesting...and these are things I've recently started considering myself, as well.

And also, severe trauma like that; speaking from experience, in order to heal yourself you must find 🫵 AUTHENTIC SELF/truth, through Pops(God). This level of trauma is only used to falsely brainwash you about the Truth of who you really are. Recreate who God truly made you to Be! Learn the beauty of 🫵 with Him. This is my prayer for anyone suffering with this kinda extreme trauma. Find Peace and Love ( Big Love ) through Him and within “Him” ( ONENESS ). May he gently guide you through this journey in His safe arms and with His legion of mighty angels, Amen. (Biological father brutally molested me ) • be gentle; healing in process• ❤️‍🩹

Yeah i get anxiety, i deal with it better now but when certain things happen and one is on the 10th, im not fully in control and its a big, possibly life changing day ,Shadow over me. I've got anxiety slowly creeping to red alert. Im sorry you still go through stuff. I bet that trip, then sound bath helped you.
