I love Philly Cheesesteaks, but I can only eat one once in every blue moon, because they contain a lot of calories. All of the food that I love I can no longer eat. When you get old like me, you have to be careful what you eat, because the body does not metabolize it like it did when you were young. That is the saddest part of growing old, I miss the days when I could eat what I want and not gain weight.
