Daboll is a prime example of a decent Offensive Coordinator who gets a HC job and is way in over his head! There were reasons he wasnt hired for a HC job in years past. Giants Front office and ownership are a joke and have been for awhile now.

He started well in the first three possessions, but boy did he look completely ineffective for atleast 3-4 possessions. There were times where I'm thinking "what is he even doing?" ... and by the looks of the receivers, they're probably asking the same question. He finished well (mostly). I'd give him a C+, but that's about what I'd give Trevor Lawrence.

a 72 rating is awesome for Watson, now if he could only concentrate for more then the first drive As for the offense needs more, what are they doing when they go off to a paradise island before training camp? It ain't practicing football.

Watson looked like a veteran starter (for the first couple possessions), then it cascaded downward, rarely reaching quality QB play until a victory looked likely... then he came "alive"... or as "alive" as Watson has ever looked in a Browns uniform. He looked SLOW... physically and mentally. He looked uncomfortable and lacked urgency and energy. He made a few big time throw... one neutralized by penalty, another dropped, but the throw to Jeudy was big time. He made a couple scramble throws connecting along the sidelines on meaningful downs. MOST of his throws are underneath or behind-the line... and usually targeting a flat-footed receiver with little chance for YAC. The Browns are lucky to have gotten that BIG run from Jerome Ford, and to get a "lucky bounce" late on a punt in the fourth. The Browns won't make the playoffs this way.
