I ordered shoes online and made the full payment, but despite repeated promises of immediate shipment, the owner consistently failed to deliver. After a frustrating three-month wait, a friend of mine who was visiting Delhi was able to collect the shoes on my behalf. It is unacceptable that the shop owner accepted payment for a product they were unable to deliver promptly, or even within a reasonable timeframe.
