Honda city owner here! The distance to empty gets adjusted basis the way you are driving. You must be driving at speeds where you were getting good mileage so the distance to empty got adjusted!

Agar quality ka hi concern hota toh aaj Maruti ka 42% market share naa hota. Agar dealership behavior important hota toh aaj TATA 3rd largest car manufacturer na hota. The thing is Honda, Nissan and Renault are not able to position themselves in the minds of Indian consumer. When you think Maruti, mileage and low ownership cost comes into mind. When you think Hyundai/Kia, a fancy looking feature loaded car with plush interiors come into mind. When you think Mahindra, a ladder on frame SUV comes into mind. When you think Skoda/VW, a high performance fun to drive car comes into mind. When you think Toyota, service quality and reliability comes into mind. when you think TATA, passive safety with rugged looks comes into mind. But majority of people are not able to form any opinions about Honda/Nissan/Renault. That's why they go unnoticed despite having great products. These companies really need to work on their brand image that people can associate with.

Just been to Hyundai creta and honda elevate showrooms. In India the trend is follow the crowds. Most people buy car on basis of sales figures and most cruicial is budget, hence Maruti has highest sales, leave aside safety ratings, looks etc. To cut short the discussion, Honda VX automatic cvt model is just 11K costlier than Creta S(O) Manual. Creta 2024 charges premiums for panoramic sunroof, and aesthetic features.

Even i am taking delivery of Elevate ZX CVT. I have seen new creta and seltos, you will have to pay 21+ lacs to get the pampering from these cars what Elevate gives below 19 lacs. Also base variants of Creta,Seltos, Vitara are very commonly modified to look like the top varient and are easy sighting on the roads. Elevate will remain unique for long, also it has more space inside and in boot.

Dealership was creating fuss for me also while buying elevate- forcing me to buy insurance and accessories. One complain to Honda customer care and dealership came on line and said sorry and reduce insurance and also no more push to buy accessories. Honda customer care is fast and responsive.

Mere paas bhi thi Ritz,bechna ka man nahi tha mera bhi,but 15 years hone wala tha isliye kuch din pehle hi sell ki.Aap Sonet ka Petrol/Diesel Automatic lelo.Maine bhi kharida hai.Iss range mein aur koi better option nahi hai.Manual lena ho toh Creta le sakte ho.

This owner is very well informed and clear in his mind. He told the ADAS in this car is camera based and this is a drawback. Human eyes sometimes fail to see and if you want to reduce it then it's not a good idea to give camera based ADAS.

Elevate has faulted ADAS system. While ADAS is built for additional safety, Honda has totally missed the sensitivity of Indian traffic. The CMBS (Collision Mitigation Braking System) actually ends up hurting people as much as saving. Traffic in India is so dense that the car keeps on auto braking abruptly at every detection, which ends up hurting people sitting inside the car. Due to sudden braking, I have personally seen people getting whiplash injuries from their seatbelt, senior citizens getting injured and kids could also get hurt. If you have hot food in your hand, even that can spill on you and you can get injured. Also, with continuous traffic and recurring sudden braking, the car is at a high risk of getting hit by the traffic behind; again; hurting the passengers. Even if they have given the option to turn off the CMBS, it turns itself on every time you restart the car. It is not reasonable to expect to remember to turn it off every time you start the car. It is not reasonable to also expect the hired drivers to turn the system off every time they start the car. Honda must give the option to keep the CMBS turned off at all times unless the driver wants to turn it on. The current design of auto turn-off has already put my family and other occupants of my car at high risk, and it will do so with others as well. This issue must be raised to the authorities as well. Commonsense and safety go hand in hand. Please consider carefully before buying this car with this feature. This is my personal opinion and it has very low range as it uses WRV's 40 ltr tank .

Wahan bina accessories ke mil jaegi. Wazirabad road pe ek outlet hai shayad. Delhi-Noida-Gurgaon se mat lena. NCR ke dealers zabardasti hype create Kar ke accessories ke liye force Kar rahe hain. Aajkal customers aware hain. Humein aise dealers ko boycott karna hoga tabhi yeh log theek honge.
