The one thing that steals the show for me is the adjustable 2nd row seats because we have a lot of not so skinny people in our family. And all the 6 adults and 1 child were absolutely comfortable throughout the trip....have been in my friends XUV as well....I'll say XUV comes no where near this car for its ride comfort.

Great review! How is the Hycross’s ride and handling driving in similar conditions compared to this? I took a test drive of the Safari and was concerned by a number of issues 1)Low width of seat backrest & it hurt 2) Seat belt warning when I had them on, huge concerns about reliability 3) The Sales people had very little familiarity with the vehicle & could not answer questions satisfactorily, not sure what to expect of support. For someone who’s used to the ownership experience of a Toyota I couldn’t make such a huge leap of faith required to adopt a Tata. Unfortunately neither Tata or Mahindra are making satisfactory progress to assure a discerning customer.

Tata needs to improve things like turbolag in manual and they have done an exceptional work like features, comfort prospective. looks are subjective but things like less powered engine in budget of 30 lakh plus is not good for budget buyers Harrier is going for neck to neck competition with XUV 700 but it lags. XUV is far more away ❤❤

1. If you don't have more than 6 person to travel in safari then definitely go with 6 seater captain seat because it'll give you lot of comfort than regular 7 seater version. And also you'll get ventilation seats in top model for captain seats also. 2. Yes the dark colour produce more heat radiation as compare to light colours. You'll feel more hot in dark edition cars. You can search how colour impact temperature in youtube.

To be honest i hate those touch controls on the dashboard and steering wheel it sucks, plus that gloss causes reflections of light i hate it .... I like xuv700 dashboard with butter easy to operate and use no mistouch no problem easy pisy clicky just click nd done
