Nope, lots of quality issues. Unreliable and too expensive parts, worst service. Too much electronics in TATA cars which are not so reliable or long lasting. For peace of mind TATA is not a choice.

The government is suppressing the prices of electricity bills , with EVs they will try to recover the losses & this will lead to the discovery of real price of electricity and govt will add tariff afterwards in order to maintain the treasury if the demand for petrol and diesel goes down , moreover we still import coal inorder to meet demand of the electricity yet we are not able to fullfill it, plus govt also want to shift towards EVs then it all will be private players games no govt involvement when it comes prices of electricity

I agree that electricity prices are subsidised in India but even in countries where there is free market like USA and Europe electric vehicles are cheaper to run The reason why EV will be cheaper to run is the difference in fundamentals of EV and ICE ICE converts around 30% of petrol to mechanical energy Whereas in EV the conversion from coal to electricity to mechanical energy is above 60% And each year solar panels and other form of renewal energy are getting more and more efficient whereas we have reached the max efficiency of ICE And also we import coal mainly for Steel manufacturing which requires COKE coal which has more calorific value Mostly electricity which is produced in India is from Indian coal and even if we have to import some coal that is way less than 80% oil that we import from other countries In future recycling of batteries will be more efficient which will make batteries cheaper too

as of now, electric cars are a perfect options for those who fully setteled in metro cities, like del, mum, kolk, bangl, hyd, chennai, pune with minimal use of regen if its giving aroung 400 kms, in cities, with the usage of regen it can give easily around 500kms range.

Bohat hi bade nuksaan ka chance bana rehta hai EV leine mein! Bas hybrid tak safe game pohanchi hai abhi vehicle world mein. EV ko trust banate banate 10-15 saal aur lagenge. Ya kehlo ke jab at least safe 800kms+ range ayegi with charge stations equal to petrol stations and with 8 years full warranty of vehicle replacement, tab baat banegi.

If curv ev is priced 20-22l. And taxes are also less. Then the ICE engines should be priced around 17-18 top. And you get Nexon at 14-15 top. This is really confusing now as you are getting Nexon ev also as similar price. 😵

Plug-in hybrids are very practical in real world. 100km battery range + petrol generator... Amazing fuel economy + regen. Only needs petrol for long drives otherwise it runs so cheap. Indian automakers simply don't want to spend heavily on R&D to develop a reliable PHEV coz they r more sophisticated and they'd have to compete with Toyota which is already a master in hybrid technology

I truly appreciate this video of yours bro. I have seen other reviews too of the range test but this seemed to be more practical to me. Also your info regarding the quality of the ride etc, was very informative. However, I wish that the rear window glass should have been much wider that it is at present to give the driver a better view and also for the safety of the driver and passengers. I would suggest to those who have already booked or purchased this vehicle to install a mirror dashcam so that they can feel safe while driving it. Overall its a thumbsup from my side for this video. No vehicle can achive the claimed range by the manufacturer and I don't know how is it estimated/claimed by them. Also, I feel driving it on highways on ECO most of the time and with city mode whenever necessary to drive on steep ups and downs and AC temperature set at 20Deg., that might give slightly more range. Sports mode I feel should be used rarely for those who travel long distances in an EV, Thanks.

Range does matter but the anxiety of running out of battery in middle of nowhere keep many people away from ev.. My first concern was same, till I watched a video on this. Nexon battery life is around 9 Lakh KM. So even if you buy 1lakh KM driven EV, you should get 90% efficiency. In short battery life is enough to drive for 15 years and you get a warranty of 8 years.

Nexon ev ka ek video hai, battery life around 9 Lakh KM hai, with 8 years warranty. Agar battery long last karti hai to 15 sal nikal jayegi before you reach 9 Lakh KM.

Battery life approx 20 yrs Agr aaj tum ev loge toh after 15 - 20 yrs main battery degrade hona shuru ho jaygi. Now the thing is they replace few cells in the whole battery. Aur tb full battery ka cost bhi k ho skta hai😊

बात वो नहीं हैँ. अब मान लो 400 के बाद फिर से चलना हैँ मान लो सागर से भोपाल 200 km जाना फिर लौटना. फिर कही और जाना हैँ. तो इसे 16 घंटे चार्ज करो. या फिर फ़ास्ट चार्जर से चार्ज करो. फ़ास्ट चार्जर में ये 1:30 घंटे लेगी. और फ़ास्ट चार्जिंग की कॉस्ट डीज़ल के बराबर हैँ. इतना झमेला लेने से अच्छा हैँ. 20 लाख की Curve ना लेकर नेक्सॉन डीज़ल लो 11 लाख की 9 लाख का डीजल से 2 लाख km अनलिमिटेड रैंज से चलाओ. और डीज़ल भी टुकड़ो में डलवाना हैँ. और टेंशन फ्री रहो. एक बार फुल टैंक में 800 की रैंज देगी. और 5 मिनट में फिर टंकी फुल होकर 800 की रैंज देगी. इलेक्ट्रिक की तरफ व्यक्ति पैसे बचाने जाता हैँ. और पैसे तो बचते नहीं झमेला अलग लो.. बकवास EV

Aapne bahut major galti Kari hai vidoe banate waqt. Aapne jab car ki range 100 km dikha raha tha tab aapke map mein 12:30 time show ho raha tha and aapka hotel 1:09 pm reaching time dikha raha tha. Aapne kahan 7 am se aap car mein bethe ho rest nahi kiya and all par aap thik se time ko hide nahi kar paaye . This shows that aapki video edited hai. And aapka review galat hai car ki range ko lekar.

Bhai sabki apni apni choice hoti hai. Agar kisi ka personal house hai, charge krne me koi issue nhi hai, aur uski running jyada hai to EV lene me koi problem nhi hai. Vaise bhi EV insan kam running cost ke liye lega, environment bachaane ke liye nhi kyoki India me electricity Aaj bhi coal se generate hoti hai (thermal power). Jab tak India nuclear power ya koi renewal power generation nhi karga tab tak EV se environment to nhi bachne vala....

EVs are practically not fit for carefree driving pleasure .Suitable for short stints but investment in the vehicle is high therefore not a good choice. Traditional engines or hybrid one are better options.
