The k-map you shown is wrong that is you show 01 as 2 instead of 1

its not wrong you can use both way the trick is if you use 0 1 2 3 than at first you have to use Q1 and 2nd Q2 if you use 0 2 1 3 then you have to use Q2 and Q1 respectively
