Interesting book and how to continue as a designer in a post Capitalist economy that has declined mildly as more subversive media takes hold as bad advertising. I think the book can help reform Capitalism out of outmoded practices. It covers antiCapitalist and post Capitalist design movements. I'm pretty critical of bad design though and I think antiCapitalist design is terrible for the economic development of a brand. It's not going to sell well to market AntiCapitalism or post Capitalism, but it's good to know how markets work, and how subversive branding fails.

Actually, I take that back, design is neutral about ideologies and politics. This is an important book though.
