When you want your bottom to set up a bit you need it to be thicker than it was. After you pour layer #1 spray a little rubbing alcohol. Not much. Maybe 2 sprays. Then wait a little longer and then add the 2nd layer pouring over your spoon. I bet it still smells amazing. Even though it's not what you wanted it looks nice. Hope that made sense. If not let me know and I'll try to explain more. Thanks for sharing

Thank you, that makes perfect sense! I'm definitely going to try this one again soon, and I'll upload another video of the results. Thanks for the tips! Oh, and yes, it does smell amazing! I have this one in my shower right now. :)

I'd say it was to liquidity, but it is still a really pretty soap. I've heard alot of good things about the grass scent. I'm going to have to check it out. are you on the soap makers plus group on fb? it's ran by the owner of wsp and people post alot of tips and tricks. it's great for beginners like us!

Sometimes you just laugh and give some otherwise great soap to friends and family, I'll bet it still smells great. Don't beat yourself up about it, it's all good.
