At around 46:00 the question on detailed measured info. What if you would measure the actual fouling-thickness of a heat-exchanger when it is made ready for cleaning. Would that not give you info on the accumulated fouling per cm per pipe? I did a study on smart robotizing an existing mechanical bundle-cleaner and the idea of measuring while cleaning (I have a background in measurement-automation) came to mind.
