While finding area of reinforcement total cross sectional area of column having 422.48 mm diameter have been used instead of 425 mm. For 425 mm diameter column number of bars will come out to be 7.055. Hence, we have to place 8 bars instead of 7.

But for circular column when we use helical reinforcement formula, and at the starting of the numerical you said that there is difference is designing for circular column but this numerical is same as reactangular column..
