Smoke plume height is the highest point where smoke can travel in building, usually its upto ceiling. Fire area means, the area you want to protect it from fire, where fire can occured or area protect by fire walls, fire barriers etc

Its not specify ASHRAE for pump room but they mentioned electrical equipment room, 0.06 cfm/ft2.

How does your building area is just 20 sq meter, similar confusion for total plume height just 3 meter only? , How do you calculate fire perimeter P, that also just 12 meter

@@johnpatricklegaspi3933 There is No calculation , NFPA 92 states that it is assumming , you do not need to calculate Fire perimeter you just need to enter theoretical value .

fire area in not as the floor area this will increase the fan m3/s

It's depends on the situation. The fire area is actually the area separated by fire rated walls if the attrium wall are fire rated and fire will not transfer from internal space like shops etc to the attrium,than only attrium area will be considered as a fire area.

How to design Cargo warehouse ventilation system?

Follow ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 62.1 guidelines, based on the space type, occupancy and room size. For warehouses, the ASHRAE minimum ventilation rate is 0.06 CFM per square foot. The air changes per hour (ACH) in a room. Air change rates for warehouses are typically set between 6 - 30 changes per hour. Warehouse ventilation generally involves some combination of rooftop or sidewall exhaust fans, rooftop or sidewall supply fans, rooftop gravity vents and wall louvers. These can be positioned to create different airflow patterns in the space. For example, exhaust fans can be placed along one sidewall and supply fans or louvers along the opposite wall to create a continuous crossflow pattern. Another option would be to put exhaust fans along the center roof line and supply fans on both sidewalls to bring cool air in from the sides and exhaust warm air from the ceiling. Airflow patterns should be designed to remove indoor air contaminants from the breathing zone and keep air circulating through all parts of the facility for better temperature and humidity control. In heated or air-conditioned warehouses with high ceilings, additional fans may be needed to combat air stratification, in which warm air rises to the ceiling and cooler air settles to the floor. These fans are located to promote air mixing within the room.
