Why the value of QWS is 28mm not 27mm? (QWS=sL+ext+MW/2=25+1+1=27mm)

I support the question. When I try to unite a Rectangle and a CreateEquationSurface (Generalized Superellipse), an error occurs: Acis error: "Fail to make union..Acis Error 97061 - Out of domain of pow function" Body could not be created for part because of invalid parameters to Unite operation.
