So this is the first video on Vivaldi antennas, I will be uploading a few more designs for wifi and 5.8 GHz FPV. I am also working on a circular polarized Vivaldi antenna for 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz.

Hey Andrew a while back you mentioned the loss through cable length. I use a 700 MHz spectrum for 4g lte here in Australia. All this time I thought my parabolic required height for optimal performance. I tried an experiment by bringing down the antenna to a different height and reduced the cable length and crimped on a new sma. It worked well and increased my download speed by around 10 megabit and more than quadrupled my upload. Thanks for your expertise mate.

Well, Andrew, a lot of effort again on your behalf, but how does this complicated thing compare with a straight cantenna with a simple 30mm rod?

I see that the can should work as a rectangular waveguide and with the dimensions you gave it should work roughly between 1.9 to 3.8 GHz. Have you measured the VSWR of this antenna?

Hey Andrew can you do a tear down on a Kuwifi 4g lte mimo antenna. I have bought 5 of them for my family and some work and some dont! I have tested all 5 on my lte gateway with every one giving me problems and would like to see why. I know your the man to solve this problem. Thank you sir!
