Tim's insights are invaluable. It's mad to me that we're only really seeing the emergence of user centred design in healthcare systems like the NHS in the UK. But better late than never. Design thinking offers us so much opportunity for change and innovation. I for one, am incredibly excited by this new frontier and the opportunities that are in front of us with using data from smart devices and other levers.
