Girl😭❤️‍🩹 thank you so much for your honesty. You’re the first graphic designer I follow that says they struggle with design. At some point I thought I just wasn’t made for this because I struggle A LOT and I see all these people doing things so easily that I was very discouraged. But I understood that all that is practice as you mentioned in your video so that’s what I have been doing too. You’re doing amazing!! I love this type of videos🤍 I loved the design of the website (colors, typography and logo) but I think the vibe of the photos are not the same as the vibe of the design, maybe changing the photos or changing the design based on the photos🫶🏽

ahh I'm so glad you resonated with that message, I felt so vulnerable including it because I feel like all I ever see on youtube/social media are these beautiful polished designs, like you mentioned nobody ever seems to be struggling. but the reality is everyone has struggled and everyone has to practice to get good. nobody is just born good at design lol and thank you for the feedback! I agree I feel like the photos are the problem. I need to get better at finding the right photos 😆

aww thank you for saying this! I'm so glad. my aim is to show the realities of starting a web design business including the struggles. I think too often we only see the final polished design, the super successful business, but that can sometimes be discouraging for people who aren't achieving that

Hey Jen, Do I need to register as Business in order to accept paypal payments from my US based clients for my digital products/services or having a website is enough?

@@jenwebbcreates I asked the same question to one other person and he told me that if I sale digital downloads (no physical products) or services then having a website is enough, no business registration required. He also suggested me to use lemonsqueezy kind of marketplace instead of website.

it's hard to say, I should have logged my time so I have a better sense of how long it takes me. I think it probably took around 20-30 hours total maybe?
