I like kitchen makeovers. I also vote for you getting half the garage for a work space. You don't get cold weather in Florida so your outside vehicle will be spared from snow and ice. Would your HOA allow that? Your makeover was spectacular. Just lovely. I can't tell you how many times, okay three, we painted the bathroom in our last home before I made up my mind.

Thank you so much for removing ALL the items from the walls!! I can’t tell you how often I have repainted a room only to discover they painted around things that could be so easily removed! Also, I agree wholeheartedly about investing in good paint. I’ve learned the same thing over the years. I love that Benjamin Moore is sold in local stores only. I have a store in my small hometown that sells BM and the ladies that work there are amazing! It’s so nice to have people greet you and work with you to accomplish what you want to do. I admire you greatly and love to DIY myself!

My nephew works for a local paint store where he lives and recommended Benjamin Moore paint when we decided to repaint the Hardy Plank on the sides and back of our house and the detached garage. It’s a bit pricey but looks great and will last a lot longer. Our painter said it went on easier than most paint and covered better too. Very good paint.

I'm showing the clip where you moved the light fixture to my husband. We bought a bigger vanity and put up a vintage mirror above it but the light fixture is off a bit. You make it look doable for the home handy-person, which in our case is my husband. He's been stalling, but he'll try it after studying videos. Electric is not something he has tried so watching you do exactly what we need to do will be great motivation. Thanks as always for the inspiration.

The only thing that I would have changed would be to get rid of the mirror/wall vanity on the side. It detracts from the new mirrors you installed and with the center cabinet you probably don’t need the additional storage. Love Benjamin Moore paints. My husband was a painting contractor and he only used that paint in our house. Agree with comment of giving you a show on HGTV! You are so creative and much more relatable to the average household.

Loved this episode. Especially the "mistakes". Just like Real Life! You didn't have a meltdown or a temper tantrum (on camera at least.). You just did it over again with grace (the name of my higher power by the way, only with a higher letter, thus: Grace.) You showed HOW to do it the right way and I loved the higher (crown) molding, too Great hack. You go, girl. It is the honest do-overs that are my favorite kind of makeovers!

After having framed my builder grade mirror in my guest bathroom about 15 years ago, I’ve now decided as I’m redoing the room again that I’m going to remove it! I’ve found a wall mirror that I really like to replace it!! Wish me luck! I hope I’ll not have a lot of patching to do! I’m a bit like you in that if it can go wrong, it will! You are so inspiring! Benjamin Moore is great paint! We used their oil based paint on our antique Hoosier cabinets in our kitchen 20 years ago and they still looks great. We love their trim paint.

That is so very true about paint. I have been repainting my home. Just finished the laundry room. I used some paint my husband had for our rentals. I used Sherman Williams paint in my living room and kitchen. Wow I had a red wall in my kitchen I didn’t prime it and it covered with 2 coats of paint. I was shocked.

I’m English and have to say I’m so surprised Benjamin Moore make so many colours I watch various channels from USA and nobody paints anything but white or a pale neutral ! Think we are more adventurous here dark colours ie navy forest greens etc are really popular here as is patterned wallpaper !! Aside from that you have done a fantastic job I wish I had your skills but I’ll get there!
