I really enjoyed that this designer gives the technical names of many things that make up the house which she could have ommited, if she wanted to. That way layman like us know what to look for or ask for when we are inspired by a designer home. Stunning house.

I don’t know, I kind of think Blackrock is buying them all up and letting them sit empty. Or maybe it’s foreiners buying investment properties and letting them sit empty. I saw something fishy going on in our old neighborhood which was an upscale gated community. There used to be lots of cars and people coming and going in 2006 when I first moved there but by 2017 the neighborhood felt like a ghost town. It was weird.

@@ashleylala4293 this is exactly what I’m afraid of. Luxury homes I’m afraid are going to be a thing of the past. Just like the Vanderbilt mansions of the late 1800’s could no longer be built after the 1920’s. The people that can afford these homes do not live in developments anymore.

What a stunning home. I love white, the beautiful flooring, and the butlers pantry. The master room is perfection along with the bath, shower and closet. The flowing design through out the home was very well thought out. I have been looking at videos for a couple of years to get ideas of what I'm looking for, I found it. I love a foyer that has a lower ceiling height and then soars when you pass into the main living areas. Frank Lloyd Wright did that to make a dramatic statement. Love your designs for ceilings. They are so often given less attention than they deserve. The butlers pantry is perfection.

But, truly, you are gifted with the elegance that you bring to not only rooms, but, the entire house. Loved this video on 311 Millford and how you showed how the entire house is linked in many different design elements throughout each room. Also, the "Hollywood" style glass front cabinets are priceless and they add an elegance and a charm that is spectacular. Brilliant designer!
