Her suggestions are all great, except one - panel ready appliances. Why? Because in 10-15 years when those appliances have reached the end of their useful lives, you will need new panels to fit the new appliances. That's when you'll learn the cabinet supplier has discontinued your cabinets. Plus, I like how appliances - be they stain, white, black, etc. - breaks up the continuity of the cabinets with some contrast for visual interest. Too much uniformity isn't a good thing in my design style.

PLEASE come back. Would love to continue seeing your projects. I love love love your aesthetic. Wish I could afford you. In the meantime, please come back and give ur more interior desiign content.

Hello James from Dallas Texas. I already can tell you're gonna be a great good design. I like watching people that know what they're doing. I too love silk flowers. Foe flowers whatever you want to call them. I used to use windward silks a lot. The real touch is wonderful. And yes, I know what you mean by those little Dollar Tree. Or dollars store flowers. But I have used them in on occasion when people just can't afford the other so. With that, i'm so happy to be watching your show this❤❤

As someone who does not have a big budget, I appreciate how relatable this is and how it showcases taste and refinement on a big budget but how it still applies to other budgets as well. I always wondered why people buy pretty things and keep them empty next to their store-bought bottles and containers and just create ugly clutter. I love the functionality of using elegant containers for everyday items. Great advice!

Well, this was much more than just staging; there were some significant upgrades. However, every upgrade was a winner! You completely transformed that little condo and there were so many excellent remodeling ideas. One idea that didn’t cost anything but was so important was switching the dining and living room areas … brilliant.
