Good job. I hope you do a similar video on some of your induction ranges as well. I think Bertazzoni has an induction model and would be great to see.

Since there is limited instructions for someone new to these appliances, how to use the food probe in a dual fuel range would be much appreciated.

How do you clean between the glass on the oven door?
@DesignerAppliances4 жыл бұрын
Good question Viva! The inside glass can be easily removed by sliding metal clips located at bottom of door. Hope that helps!

Looks good. One thing I've noticed when looking at ranges, especially the Miele, is they seem to be taller than the countertop as opposed to flush?

Ranges sold in the US (including the Miele and Bertazzoni stoves) are designed to sit flush with the top of a counter. Manufacturers realize that counter heights may vary based on a given contractors' craft. Therefore, they make the legs adjustable for about 2-inches. Expect to have an adjustable height of 35 1/2" to 37 1/2" for most stoves. There are also edge cases. Say you are tall and prefer to have a custom height cabinets/counters. Most manufacturers will sell you slightly longer legs to help out. One more detail on this subject is the following. The height measurement I noted above (35 1/2" - 37 1/2") is measured from the floor to the top of the range box. On gas ranges, grates usually sit taller than the box. We have seen some customer adjusting the legs to make the top of the grates to be flush with their countertops. One last word, in most appliances stores, vignette displays may not have standard counter heights, or installers may not have paid enough attention to leg extensions.

not sure the burner is that unique - it isn't even made by bertazzoni - on the bright side it's made in Italy - but so are the burners on Samsung ranges which look almost the same but offer higher 22,000 BTU ... i will say this though the bertazzoni definitely looks better than Samsung and is definitely cheaper than Dacor which Samsung owns and which also has similar burners ... so all in all i think Bertazzoni is worth the money but the only thing unique about it is the shape of the knobs.
