Designing a Bavarian Jankerl for the knitting machine - Bavarian traditions

Finding common design elements of traditional Bavarian jackets call Janker or Jankerl. Then exploring various machine knitting techniques like tug Stiches, Gartner stich and others. Testing my transfer carriage and gartner bar and developing a strategy on how to knit this.
The wool is relatively thick and my singer memomatic 2200 is not really made for bulky material but it works. I also tested the superba s48 of my wive but it’s basically the same knitting machine.
