Designing an Antweight Battlebot for Battle Bots Sweden

Me and a friend organized a competition called Battle Bots Sweden. We each built a 1lb antweight battlebot and invited some more robot builders to compete with us.
This is how I designed, assembled and tested my horizontal spinner robot.

Nice build! Thanks for sharing. Could you share the component list? Like the on/off switch, wheel motors, blade motor, ESC:s and other ICs. What is the advantage of having a belt drive instead of direct drive of the blade? I noticed that the belt dislocated in battle bot SM. I guess that makes the motor's powercables less exposed and allows gearing.

Looks like a nice robot! Do you find the motor encoders make it easier to control? Which microcontroller are you using? I don't recognise it.

Thanks! I added motor encoders to implement automatic functions for example the flipper on top of the robot. In this case they didn't effect the control of the wheels. The microcontroller I use is a Arduino Nano 33 IoT.

Den är fjärrstyrd men den har vissa autonoma funktioner, t.ex. flippern.
