I am so frustrated that I cannot draw my 2nd most loved lion cub, Vitani. (My 1st favorite lion and lioness cubs are Kiara and Kovu.)

@RWBn00b I agree that it's the best chance, but it isn't a direct sunlight scene, either. If you look at Simba in that scene, he's dark pinkish beige, and in the following scene where he's in direct sunlight again, he's deep gold and Kiara has default sunlit colors. So assuming sun = rising throughout that scene, take Vitani at its very end and then saturate/lighten her colors even more. If you do that with Kovu he becomes very close to his default sunlit coloring (from the "play" scene).

@denimlemur Vitani does not have a "true" set of parents - there is no definitive "that's it" in this case. The second movie suggests that Zira is her mother, but whether by birth or adoptive is never clarified. No mention of her father at all. It is possible her father was Scar, but that is a theory like any other.

For the lighting, I say the best chance is Nuka's death. The lighting is minimal, and all three of the other outlanders. It's also consistent throughout the scene. A very pale orange.

fred and his freckles... i like 'em though i always think her hair tuft is a little too short.... but that's just me (just not too long) Fuzzy eyebrows ftw! and yeah... noone seems to know her true colours 'cause of the different lighting. but the most common reference that I've seen is the ambush/nuka's death And who you calling ugly!?! she's beautiful!
