Would you do a tutorial for the Gala skirt. I am having a fitting problem. Finished skirt waist is to large.

Check your seam allowance width. You can take each panel in a bit or run a gathering stitch at the waist to ease the skirt to the bodice.

Fabric stores seem to have less variety these days. You may have success ordering online. I would search for crinoline, it's heavier and stiffer than tulle.
