Yeah I understood the dev mode but my doubt is if I want to generate code from my Design I need to purchase dev mode,so dev mode offers the plugins for free? I mean we can use it multiple times like unlimited times ? Because in normal design mode the plugins offer limited and paid version so in dev mode is that free?

Or you can keep same frame but keep only variant toggle. With variables you can change colors easily. When creating variable you can assign multiple values depending on mode
