Hey Christopher, According to Midjourney you own all the assets you create with a few exceptions. Please check out the following link (article 4). docs.midjourney.com/docs/terms-of-service I personally check all the assets it creates to see if it's original or not. You can use Google Images to check if it belongs to someone else or not because you cannot trust these tools 100% at the moment.

It's too early to say but I don't think so at least not in the near future. It will help designers to complete projects faster. I think those designers who don't integrate AI into their workflow will be replaced by those who do.

Don't worry about it. It's not going to replace UI/UX designers anytime soon because, at the moment, AI tools are good at asset creation, but they are not good at solving specific problems. If you don't learn how to use AI to your advantage, then you should be worried, in my opinion.

Well, maybe you expected it to replace you as a UI/UX designer but it doesn't. At this stage, it's good for getting inspiration and creating assets. So instead of using stock images, you can use it to generate unique illustrations for instance.
