To check to see if everything is even click on one of the objects then press alt on windows then hover over the other object and it will give you the exact distance.

yes, this works on Mac too. Or you can select all your elements and use the position button > space evenly horizontally or vertically.

You want to use a gradient in a graphic element? Am I understanding your question correctly? If that's the case, I'm afraid you can't do it with Canva at the moment. You can only add plain colors to certain elements (the ones that let you customize the colors).
