This is a big issue and it doesn't happen on other platforms so I think FB has to aim to resolve this.

Can someone create overlays that have guidelines with no background to be used on top of the templates or personally created Facebook covers? Maybe also with outlined areas labeled where the photos, etc...will be on PC and mobile?

I tried that in my course, but you still need to go through testing your visuals on FB, because it acts in a weird way 🤔
